1. ALL SALES ARE NO FINAL for our products. Our products are covered for 2 years  manufacturer defect and parts replacement (Starting from the date of the order). If your product is defective upon arrival, you will have two options:

A. Products Exchange Policy
You may send the products back to us for an exchange. Your shipping charge of the products will be reimbursed by us.

B. Products 2 years Manufacturer Defect and Parts Replacement.
If the products parts were defective within 2 years (Starting from the date of the order), please send us an e-mail with the picture of the defective parts, so that we can send you the replacement FREE of CHARGE.


Wear and Tear for the products will not be covered under the warranty. If the defective parts of the products were defective by wear and tear, we will also send you replacement parts with freight collect and we will charge for the cost. Wear and tear includes the following:

Abuse of the products
Accident of products (i.e. hitting the products on objects)
Drop of the products
Deterioration of the products (i.e. cutting marks on the products)
Collision of the products
And more..


2.We will send 2-3% parts free of charge (spark plug, pull starter, gasket set ) for every shipment.
3.All customers can buy spare parts separately, no matter you have bought products or not.
